Dear Kensington Cafe,
While I do appreciate your delicious food and beverages, I don’t appreciate how you have a bad habit of ignoring your customers. Waiting 15 minutes without even the offer of a glass of water is unprofessional and just tacky. And considering that I’ve been a frequent customer for years, this “habit” of yours is getting pathetic. This has happened three times and that’s more than it should be. I don’t plan on being back to your hipster cafe for quite some time. There are other great establishments around San Diego that would be more than willing to take my money. Thank you for your time but you need to figure your shit out.
